Artus is recruiting, on behalf of a multinational company based in Sousse, Tunisia, a Communication & Marketing Specialist :

Main Responsibilities :

Plan, develop, and implement communication initiatives that support the organization’s goals, reinforce its culture, and reflect its values.
Develop and manage internal communication channels, including intranet, emails, newsletters, social media, and events.
Draft, edit, and adapt internal communication materials such as announcements, articles, presentations, and videos.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of internal messages and content.
Provide advice and support to HR leaders and managers to enhance communication with their teams.
Assess the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
Keep up to date with emerging trends, best practices, and innovative tools in internal communication.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a communications role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy, with advanced knowledge of applications such as Word and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the Associated Press (AP) style guide.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
In-depth understanding of the company’s mission, products, and services.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong, reliable connections across various media outlets.
